The PSU is placed under the Dean's office of the Faculty of Business and Economics (FPE). All academic staff of FPE shall be ordinary members of the PSU. Non-FPE academic staff of the University and members of external agencies may apply for associate membership of the PSU.
The Dean of the FPE is the chairman, and the Deputy Dean for Research and Development is the Deputy Chairman. The day-to-day running of the PSU is performed by a Coordinator appointed by the Dean. The PSU is guided by a board with members from the various faculties, government agencies, Non-Governmental Organizations and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The PSU Board meets twice a year. Minutes of the meetings are presented to the Faculty Meeting.
